Art 1/ Acceptance of Sales Conditions
The language use to complete the transaction will be French.
The client is subject to the present general sales conditions concerning his order on-line. He recognises to have understood fully these conditions and accepts them in marking a cross in the acceptance box on the order form. The client can in no case mak a complaint apart from those mentioned in the present contract.
Art 2/ Product Quality "made in France"
The porcelain is hand-painted in the pure Limoges tradition.
The decoration apply by hand is resistant to washing-up machines and micro-wave ovens, apart from those containing precious metals, or, platinum, which require hand-washing only.
Art 3/ Photographs of Products
The shipped products correspond to the description indicated on present site.
The photos shown are illustrative and not contractual. They are as faithful as possible to the shipped article but may differ slightly since each piece is painted by hand to order and in that respect are unique pieces. The responsibility of the seller in this case cannot be questioned.
Art 4/ Availability
Each pattern is hand-painted and made to order only.
Art 5/ Delivery
Lead time : 8 weeks depending on the order - not included shipping. An estimate will be proposed to the client.
International : For all orders the dispatch to other countries than metropolitan France, it is best to consult Isabelle Toret directly.
Please be aware that any delivery outside France may give rise to additional cost, customs not specified by us, such cost to be born by you.
An estimate will be proposed to the client, indicating the delivery charges depending on the destination and the weight of the piece or pieces. The language usde to complete the transaction will be French.
Art 6/ Sale Price
The indicated price of articles is in euros, and does not include the delivery charge. VAT is not applicable (art. 293 B from French General Tax Code for France and countries of the EEC).
The delivery charge, payable by the client, is indicated on the on-line order form.
The price of products can change at any moment. The invoiced sale price corresponds to the sale price at the moment of acceptance of the order.
Art 7/ Method of payment
Full payment is requested with the order, by cheque or on-line using Paypal (instructions int the site). The receipt will be dispatched with your order.
Payment security : The Paypal system is reknown as a secure payment on-line. For security reasons, the seller reserves the right to demand an authenticity of the buyer’s identity, depending on the sum total of the order.
Art 8/ Reimbursement conditions
The onus is upon the client to refuse any damaged parcel, the order being at the risk of the recipient.
If, however, despite the care given to the packing, your parcel arrive damaged, your order will be replaced if it is on stock. This will be taker longer if the piece has to be recreated. You many however wish to claim ?coupon? to the same value and valid for one year from the initial date of your order.
Art 9/ Confidentiality of the clients details
The personal information relative to clients, name, phone, numbers and email addresses are reserved entirely without reservation and confidentially, for the use of the make Isabelle Toret. This information will not be divulged either to a third party or other partners.
Every person had the right of access to their own information if necessary. This can be done simply by addressing an email.

The site and the totality of its contents, collections, logo, photographs and drawing are the property of Isabelle Toret and are protected by the national and international copyright laws. Any total or partial use of the contents is strictly forbidden, and could result in legal proceedings.
Art 11/ Litigation
In the case of litigation, where no amiable agreement can be made between the two parties, the Montpellier tribunal (France) will be recognised judicial authority.
